We regularly

The swimming
pools are heated and available May to September (mid April to mid October at
Les Roches).
Weekends: In March / April / May (until
the 21st) and October, Les
Chardonnerets, La Maison du Blé or Les Roches can be taken for weekends
(Friday night / Monday morning) at a price of 50% of the weekly rate.
Christmas & New Year: Les
Chardonnerets, La Maison du Blé and Les Roches are available for Christmas &
New Year. Les Chardonnerets & La Maison are offered together as a single
property sleeping 20 while Les Roches is offered for 12.
Prices are quoted in both Sterling and Euros and can be paid in
either.
Normal changeover days for 2012 will be:
Les Alouettes - Saturday
Les Roches - Friday
Les Chardonnerets / La Maison du Blé -
Thursday until June 2nd, then Saturday until the end of season. From July
7th until September 1st the two properties can only be taken as a single let
sleeping 20.
Changeover days in our properties may be flexible outside of the
period June - September: please enquire.
Your property will be available
for you at 4pm on the first day. Properties should be vacated
by 10am on the final day.
Les Chardonnerets sleeps 9
plus babies in five bedrooms; La Maison sleeps 11 plus babies. Located in
Mouzeuil St Martin adjacent to each other. Pool shared between the
properties which may be taken separately or together and the price shown is
per property. During July & August the two properties are offered only as a
single unit sleeping 20 and the price for this is shown. Note that until
June changeover day is Thursday, thereafter it is Saturday.

details. We will then send you a booking form by email with details of our terms and conditions.
This should be completed and returned with a deposit of 25%. Note
bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received but we will
hold dates for you for a week.
Final payment is then due
eight weeks before the start of your holiday. For bookings taken
less than eight weeks before the start of the holiday full payment is due
at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in Sterling and Euros. Currently,
we can accept payment in the following ways:
In Sterling, either by
cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct transfers to our UK account;
In Euros by credit or debit
card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment by credit card MAY give benefit in terms of
enhanced insurance - your card issuer will provide details of this;
In Euros by cheque drawn on
a French bank account;
In Euros by direct transfer
to our French account.
Note that international wire transfer of funds usually incurs fees, and
some of these will be for the sender's account: please talk to your own bank about these.
A security
deposit is not normally requested, though we reserve the right to require one
in certain circumstances.
We recommend that our guests take out
comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Notes
Prices may be subject to change. However, once
you have made your booking, the price will not be varied. The currency in
which the deposit is paid is the currency in which the balance must also be
paid.
Rental
periods commence at 4pm on the date specified, and the prices quoted
are per week for the property irrespective of the number of people
occupying it.
