Terms & Conditions

This is a summary of the terms and conditions of rental. A complete set of terms and conditions will be sent to you along with a your booking form. Acceptance of the complete terms and conditions is required before bookings will be confirmed.

• To reserve the property, the client will complete the booking form sent to him by the supplier and return it to the supplier with a deposit of £250.00. This deposit is non-refundable.
• The balance of the rental amount will be paid by the client not later than eight weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. If this balance is not paid on time then the supplier reserves the right to cancel the reservation at his discretion.
• In the event that the client cancels the reservation after final payment is made then the supplier will refund monies paid (less deposit) only in the event that he is able to relet the property. If relet has to be made at a lower rate, due to short notice, appropriate deduction from the refund will be made.
• A security deposit for the period of rental of £250 (or equivalent) shall be paid by the client not later than 14 days prior to commencement of the rental period.. This deposit will be returned, less any deduction, not later than four weeks after the completion of the period of rental.
• Under no circumstances shall the supplier’s liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the supplier for the rental period.
